Credits

What is a credit?

A credit pays for one second of video. It costs $0.10 in the smallest pack and less in larger packs (down to $0.08 in the 1,000 credits pack). Credits are spent when a run starts and are the only thing you pay for — no subscription, no per-file fee.

How much does a run cost?

A video costs one credit per second, rounded up to the next whole second, with a minimum of one: a 2.7 s clip costs 3 credits, a 3.0 s clip costs 3, a 15.04 s clip costs 16.

A still image costs half a credit whatever its size, so the 100 credits pack cleans 200 images.

The cost is shown under the Remove button as soon as you choose a file, together with your balance, so there are no surprises.

Does the number of overlays, the resolution or the length of the subtitles change the price?

No. Only the length of the clip (or the fact that it is a still image) matters. A 1080p clip full of subtitles and a 480p clip with one small logo cost the same for the same length.

How long do credits last?

Every pack you buy is valid for 60 days from the day it was granted. A run always spends the credits that expire soonest first, so nothing is wasted while you still have older credits. Your account page lists each grant with its expiry date and warns you a week before credits expire.

Do I get free credits?

Yes: every new account starts with 5 welcome credits (5 seconds of video or 10 still images), valid for 60 days like any other lot. The account itself is free and keeps a history of your requests; buy credits when you need more. Credit packs

How do I buy credits?

Credits come in one-time packs, no subscription: 100 credits for $9.99, 300 credits for $27.99 and 1,000 credits for $79.99. Bigger packs cost less per credit.

Pack credits expire 60 days after purchase, so buy what you expect to use within two months; you can buy another pack at any time and the packs stack.

Is there a subscription?

No. There is nothing to cancel and nothing renews by itself: you buy a pack when you need one. If you process a lot every month, the 1,000 credits pack is the cheapest way to pay.

Which currency and payment methods?

Prices are in US dollars. Payments are handled by Stripe, which accepts major cards and the wallets available in your country; your card statement shows NOVERLY. We never see your card details. Receipts are available from your account page.

Refunds and limits

What if a run fails?

You only pay for results. If a run ends in an error, or the service finds nothing to remove, its credits are put back automatically within a few seconds. Your account page shows the balance after every run.

What if I am not happy with the result?

Removal is a best-effort reconstruction of the picture underneath; the before/after preview and the “what was found” image show exactly what was changed. For a result you consider unusable, e-mail [email protected] with the request identifier from your history and we will look at it.

Is there a limit on length or file size?

Videos up to 20 seconds and files up to 90 MB. Longer clips are refused before anything is charged — trim them first. Damaged or unreadable files are also refused before any charge, and an account whose uploads keep failing is paused for an hour.

Can I get credits refunded to my card?

Credits that were granted but never spent are not refunded to your card, except where the law requires it.
